Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Items showing signs of wear, damage from misuse, or chemical exposure are not eligible for return.

90-Day No-Fade Guarantee

Every Aurex Chains piece is made from 316L stainless steel and backed by our 90-Day No-Fade Guarantee. If your piece fades, discolors, or shows oxidation tarnish under normal wear within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it.

Covered: color fade, oxidation tarnish, plating failure under normal wear.
Not covered: physical damage, scratching from misuse, chemical damage, or pieces not purchased from Aurex Chains.

To claim, contact us with your order number and a photo within 90 days of purchase.

Jewelry Care Guide

Daily Wear

316L stainless steel resists oxidation under normal daily wear. Remove before sleep, exercise, or heavy physical activity to extend its finish.

Water & Sweat

Holds up to brief water contact. Avoid prolonged submersion in pools, hot tubs, or ocean water. Dry thoroughly after any water contact.

Scratching vs. Tarnish

Stainless steel does not tarnish like silver or brass. Light surface scratches from daily wear are normal and do not indicate defect.

Storage

Store each piece individually in a soft pouch or original box. Keep away from sunlight, humidity, perfumes, and lotions.

Cleaning

Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water with mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry immediately. No abrasive polishes or bleach.
