Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • International: 7–15 business days

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Most products ship free on orders over $30; select products require a minimum order of $50. Your cart shows your progress toward free shipping automatically.
  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, Aurex Chains is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aurex Chains is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
